It’s an app which extracts chosen data from your online calendar/s and calculates how much time you spend on different activities and how much your estimated earnings are based on your hours worked. Adding ones earnings is optional, making it easy to just see how much time is being spent on what activities.
Calendar Extractor summarises your information so that you can quickly see at a glance how much time you are spending on which activities and how much your estimated earnings are for a chosen period of time.
What device can one use Calendar Extractor on?
Calendar Extractor is available for iOS devices (iPhone & iPad) only and is compatible with iCloud, Gmail, Exchange and other calendars that synchronize with an iOS device. Use your Mac or PC to manage your calendar appointments and the app automatically syncs with your calendar/s to extract and summarise all the appointments in real time.

How to Set Calendar Extractor up:
Ensure your calendar has appointments/data in it so that the app can extract the information from it.
Download the app
+ Add a Project, link/connect project to chosen calendar/s, add other relevant information.
Using headings/keywords e.g. Meeting, Travel, Study, Exercise etc in your calendar appointments will make the analysis of your data easier as the app automatically pulls the keywords of your choice together.
Tap on Events in the app to see a detailed list of appointments.
Your estimated revenue will show on the front of each project section once your hours and wage has been inputted into the app.
Deselect irrelevant appointments such as travel or exercise, to accurately calculate working hours and ones estimated income.
